oh man... best stuff was from a custom glutenfree bakery a few towns over, "Peaches" in Ayer MA. Bread roll things that actually TASTED LIKE BREAD and HAD THE TEXTURE OF BREAD, not extruded foamboard or sawdust. It's really damn hard to do the veg*n thing and be glutenfree too, I admit sometimes I just don't have the energy.
