What is the worst part about weaning yourself off of antidepressants? (I'm on Lexapro and not thinking of it now, but later on maybe)

Wondering if you're going to lose it all over again and questioning every damn reaction you have, wondering if it's you or the lack of medication influencing it, as well as whatever physical withdrawal symptoms come with whatever you're on.
