The most manipulative, scheming, deceitful individual I have ever encountered in my life, who was a Gemini by the way, had us all believing a lot of things about her life that weren't true, and had us all trying to find ways to help her with these situations that she was in fact making up from nothing.

She took advantage of 9/11, she took advantage of her father's having had a stroke, and took these things and concocted such a gigantic bullshit story from things that had a tiny enough basis in fact that it was believable that we could have fallen for them.

christ, what HAVEN'T I been on.. we went through everything from seroquel, mellaril, zoloft, lamictal, remeron, ativan, klonopin, even lithium before we got to effexor and it worked.

Had doubled it up with wellbutrin and that worked when it was the actual brand name drug but the Teva generic is really fucked up, the release rate is all wrong, STAY THE FUCK AWAY. That was.. unpleasant.

and yet right now i'm not on anything for psych at all unless you count the herbs and things.

I can be a cold bastard when it's really coming down hard, but yeah i think in several ways having to function as a parent has sort of forced me to stay open in ways I might not have otherwise.

Oddly enough, coming OFF medication seems to have helped a bit. I was on Effexor XR for something like eight years, and at the time I started it it did what it needed to, it saved my life. But I think I used it as a safety net too long, and it started blocking everything out -- all the good stuff. I couldn't write or draw anymore, nothing would come. So there's that as well.

Not near as much as Vegas. I was more into Miami before the first coroner left, SHE was the absolute fucking bomb.

Do you like pools/oceans/lakes?

Parents used to say I was part fish. Always been good at swimming, had lifeguard certification when I was a teenager.
I don't like ponds/lakes unless the bottom is sand.. stepping on the plants and squishy stuff just skeeves me right out.

Living in the Northeast one ends up with a weird relationship with the ocean, because good god the Atlantic is COLD up here, and yet any chance I get I'll be out in the waves, even if I'm turning blue.

Right now I have a fairly adversarial relationship with pools, because that's where they're doing my physical rehab since the drunk hit me, working in the pool to get my legs working again. It's not fun at all.
